The 2023 Health Fair is held over three days during the fourth week of each month—Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

*In July, the event was held on Tuesday, July 18; Wednesday, July 19; and Thursday, July 20.

The featured healthy rice for July was 16-grain rice.

In addition, a healthy side dish and a vegetable-rich menu were offered daily throughout the three-day event.
